As our services involve direct agreements between customers and LVS Facility Management for on-site maintenance work, all transactions are considered final upon service completion. We focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery rather than post-service refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation (24+ Hours Notice)
24-Hour Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for full refund of any advance payments with no cancellation fees.

Short Notice Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours)
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges as we reserve technician time and turn away other clients for your appointment.

- Refund of remaining balance after deductions

Weekend Service Cancellations
Saturday Appointments: Weekend services require special scheduling arrangements.
- Saturday appointments require cancellation before Thursday close of business

- Emergency weekend cancellations may incur full charges
- Weekend technician scheduling has limited flexibility
On-Spot Cancellations
Technician Already Dispatched: When our technician is already en route or has arrived at your location.
- Full service charge applies
- Travel time and dispatch costs cannot be refunded

Advance Payment Refund Conditions
When Advance Payments Are Required
In some cases, advance payments are required for specialized parts, materials, or equipment. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and timing of your cancellation:
